What does PrestaOne add to my PrestaShop store?
Alongside mobile order, product and customer management, the PrestaOne module adds a storefront live chat, automated abandoned-cart emails and storefront tracking for traffic and conversion reports. You manage these tools in the app. They are included in the subscription, not separate PrestaOne add-ons.
Which PrestaShop versions and phones are supported?
PrestaOne works with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, on iOS and Android. Install the PrestaOne Mobile Bridge module in your store and pair it with the app using a QR code.
What is included in the €10 monthly plan?
All features are included. €10 per month covers one seat: one device connected to one store. Connecting more stores or devices requires more seats. Annual billing and volume pricing are available on our pricing page.
When does the free trial start?
Your 14-day trial starts when you successfully connect your store. You can try all features without entering a credit card.
Do I still use the PrestaShop Back Office?
Yes. Use the Back Office for store configuration, themes, modules, tax and shipping rules. PrestaOne handles daily work on your phone and adds tools to help you convert and retain shoppers. Actions in the app follow your connection permissions.
Where does my store data go?
Orders, products and customer data travel directly between your store and the app. PrestaOne’s cloud services handle account, connection, subscription and notification services separately. You can revoke a device’s access from the module.
